LeapXpert 3.0: Redefining How Organizations Message

LeapXpert, a leading provider of business communication solutions, has launched a new version of its LeapXpert Communications Platform.

The LeapXpert platform enables enterprise employees to communicate with third parties on popular consumer messaging channels while ensuring that every conversation is captured, governed, compliant, and securely retained as enterprise data. The platform supports all major consumer messaging channels, including WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, RCS, Telegram, WeChat, Signal, and LINE.

LeapXpert states that the recently released platform—version 3.0—redefines how organizations communicate responsibly and at scale. According to the company, version 3.0 applies AI to transform data into enterprise-wide productivity, workflow automation, and actionable insight.

New Productivity Pack

This new version includes a productivity pack that leverages AI to unlock "Communication Data Intelligence" and provides automation and data-driven workflows. LeapXpert explains that this enables enterprises to transform real-time communication into actionable business processes and insights. The company highlights that this is an important shift in enterprise communication—from owning messages purely for compliance purposes, to owning the underlying data for productivity.

"The LeapXpert Communications Platform 3.0 represents a defining juncture in the evolution of our category," stated Dima Gutzeit, Founder and CEO of LeapXpert. "Hundreds of enterprises have already adopted modern messaging channels at scale and they now sit on a deep, untapped well of communication data."

LeapXpert 3.0 Components

The new version of the LeapXpert Communication Platform is built on three main components.

LeapXpert Signals detects patterns in topics, sentiment, and trends, in order to surface insights that reveal client needs, emerging challenges, or revenue opportunities. This, according to LeapXpert, enables smarter, data-driven engagements without compromising privacy or governance.

Communication Workflows automate client conversations and enterprise teams to independently deploy workflows. Examples of workflows across messaging channels include authentication, approvals, order confirmations, and information collection. These workflows can be launched quickly with built-in configuration tools.

The enhanced Maxen app gives client-facing employees a unified, intelligent view of their personal and team-based client activities and relationships. It provides a full communication context by integrating client messages, notes, emails, and calendar events for improved productivity, while remaining compliant with enterprise policies.

"The LeapXpert Communications Platform 3.0 introduces two major breakthroughs—Signals and Communication Workflows—that redefine what enterprises can do with their communication data," said Gutzeit.

Gutzeit explained that "Signals delivers real Communication Data Intelligence, showing organizations what clients need, how relationships are evolving, and where opportunities are emerging."

He added that "Communication Workflows brings structure, speed and governance to the client processes that happen every day in messaging channels. Together, they elevate modern communication into a truly intelligent business capability."

Analyst Feedback

Earlier this year, Gartner recognized LeapXpert as a Visionary in its Magic Quadrant report on Digital Communications Governance and Archiving Solutions (DCGA).

Gartner forecasted that "in 2029, 30% of enterprises will shift to a proactive employee digital communications governance approach to improve corporate policy outcomes and advance business insights, up from less than 10% in 2025."

Gartner also predicted that "by 2030, 70% of enterprises using DCGA solutions will adopt AI-driven features and processes, up from 40% in 2025, due to increasing data complexity and governance demands."
