With only a few days to go before Samsung unleashes its new Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge around the world, it has now updated its preorder page with details for Verizon, Walmart, and Target.

Samsung has already proclaimed that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are huge hits, due to the record number of preorders it has received for both flagship smartphones. A company representative recently told The Korea Times that, "Samsung received some 20 million pre-orders for the S6 and S6 Edge _ 15 million of S6 and five million of the S6 Edge from mobile carriers, worldwide. This is the record."

Demand for both phones appear to be high and Samsung has reportedly been having trouble producing the unique dual-edge curved glass used in the Galaxy S6 Edge.

Samsung wants to make sure it makes the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge ordering process as easy as possible and has provided details on where you'll be able to preorder one of its latest and greatest. The company has just updated its official preorder site with the addition of Verizon, Walmart, and Target.

Target is now accepting preorders for the Verizon, AT&T, and, Sprint Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.  The retailer will help you find a store to pickup the smartphone, allows you to order up to 2 preorder devices, and if you lock in your reservation, it will reward you with a $25 Target gift card which it notes can be used when you pay for your new phone.

Verizon was the first U.S. carrier to announce its preorder plans, but it unfortunately was the last of the major carriers to offer Galaxy S6 and S6 preorders. This has changed and the Samsung's preorder page reflects it. Verizon is now accepting preorders for both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge and is offering the handsets in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB options. The 32GB Samsung Galaxy S6 starts at $199.99, while the 32GB Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge starts at $299.99 when signing a new 2-year contract.

Walmart's Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge link is also live but if you want to preorder your smartphone from Walmart, you'll need to physically go to a Walmart store, as it is currently only accepting preorders in store.
