Warner Bros. recently released the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice teaser trailer online after it was leaked on April 16. The trailer shows a Superman who is in despair, and a Batman who appears to be more deadly than ever.

What's interesting is how society views the Man of Steel, mainly due to how he handled the invasion of Zod and the other Kryptonians. As the trailer begins, we can hear several persons narrating as they seek to understand who this being or alien is.

At one point, Lex Luthor, who is played by Jesse Eisenberg, deems Superman as a devil from the skies while others chant "Go Home." Leaked production photos showed many citizens in the U.S. protesting in the streets and tearing down a statue of the Man of Steel.

Speaking of that statue, there was a scene in the trailer where the figure popped up with the words "False God" written on it. And then there's the scene where what appears to be soldiers are bowing before Superman. These men seem to view the alien as their savior and are looking for him to become a leader. From what we can tell, their uniform is tagged with the Superman logo on the shoulder.

After all the Superman hatred, we get to hear Alfred as if he was talking to Bruce Wayne. During his speech, the camera swiftly moves to Ben Affleck as Bruce with a brooding look upon his face as he looks on at his suit. From the way he's looking, it would appear as if he hasn't worn this thing for a number of years and is forced to get back into the fight.

The whole scene then changes to Batman standing in what appears to be an abandoned building. Why is he in there? No one knows. After that, there's a scene of what seems to be a drone shooting at some guys and blowing things up.

Several persons thought the drone was the Batwing, and maybe it is. We do know Batman isn't the one controlling it, so it could be the work of Lex Luthor. The next scene shows Batman atop a building with something that looks like a sniper rifle. A sniper rifle? Now that's interesting because Batman hates the sight of guns.

The final scene shows Batman in his armored suit while Superman hovers above. He says to him, "Tell me, do you bleed? You will!"

From what we can tell from the trailer, Superman will have to prove himself to the masses, and Batman is not too trusting.
