When you think of RCA, a tablet isn't necessarily the first thing that comes to mind and most likely the thought never even enters your brain. The electronics company that is known for televisions and record players, has introduced an all new tablet that has perhaps the biggest screen I've ever seen.. for a tablet. It's called the Maven Pro 2-in-1 which runs on the latest version of Android Lollipop. Previously, I was used to operating a Nexus 7 as my Android tablet experience, but this feels more versatile given that it comes with a detachable keyboard so I can go back & forth between a tablet feel and mini laptop feel which I definitely enjoy about the device.

I used the tablet for a solid month and thought it had outstanding battery life, especially for the price. It's also the first tablet I've used that had a mouse available which made composing emails and surfing the web a lot faster than using the touchscreen option. As good as we've all..some of us have gotten at using an onscreen keyboard, it can never compare to a physical one in terms of accuracy and speed, in my opinion.

It's time to get things started... here's my Tech Times tablet video review:
