These highly prized phones are etched with the autograph of the Academy Award-winning actor, best known these days for his role as the billionaire, playboy and philanthropist Tony Stark, a.k.a. Iron Man.

If you would like to win one of these limited edition etched HTC phones, straighten up because we've got the lowdown on how you can get your hand on one of these hot phones.

All you have to do is show how much you love Robert Downey Jr.

The promo is open only to participants in the U.S. Simply upload a photo, video or any other online content to social media (make sure you make the content viewable to the public), and include how the 10 promo clips for HTC starring RDJ inspired you to create something new.

Don't forget to hashtag your creations #HTCxRDJcontest, and you're in!

You can't just upload any photo of you with I <3 RDJ on it. The winners, as announced in the HTC contest rules, will not be chosen at random. Instead, "a panel of qualified judges" will choose the seven winning entries based on originality, creativity and relevance to the contest theme.

So get those photos, videos, songs or whatever else you have in mind uploaded and tagged before June 30. Winners will be announced on July 13.
