Expansys is currently selling an unlocked LG G Flex 2 for $330, which means it is a pretty good deal for those who are looking to buy an unlocked smartphone but don't have the funds or don't want to spend money on steeply priced carrier devices.

Normally, an unlocked version of the G Flex 2 sells for anywhere between $500 and $700, depending on which carrier customers choose to buy their device. That means this deal would give them between $170 and $370 in savings if they decide to buy the smartphone from Expansys now.

On Amazon, unlocked international versions of the G Flex 2 are currently being sold by LG for prices varying from $365 to $444, but these devices do not come with any warranty, so buyers are still better off with a discount of at least $35 and a solid warranty that comes with the phone from Expansys.

The LG G Flex 2 currently on sale is a 32 GB black version that supports GSM-LTE bands, so anyone can immediately use it on AT&T and T-Mobile's network as well as networks of other GSM carriers. Unfortunately, it does not have support for the 1,700 MHz band, so those planning on using this phone with T-Mobile will be disappointed to know that reception will be, at best, intermittent.

The LG G Flex 2 is the second generation of the South Korean smartphone maker's curved smartphone, whose claim to fame is a flexed, concave body that LG says increases the user's comfort while holding the device. Although the G Flex 2 did not gain huge popularity with mainstream consumers, it is one of LG's better devices, running on a Snapdragon 810 chipset from Qualcomm, underclocked to manage overheating issues, an Adreno 430 graphics card and 2 GB of RAM.

The curved P-OLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 takes up 5.5 inches of screen real estate and boasts a Full HD resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels, effectively translating into a good 403 ppi pixel density. At the back of the G Flex 2 is a 13 MP camera with laser autofocus and optical image stabilization, paired 2.1 MP camera in front.

The phone packs in a huge 3,000 mAh battery and a microSD slot for expanding the memory, a feature that many Android users are wont to look for in their devices. It also supports quick charging, with LG saying it the phone can charge up to 60 percent of its battery life in half an hour.

Customers who are interested in the LG G Flex 2 can purchase it for a discounted price from Expansys and get it shipped for free to anywhere in the United States right away.
