The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice first full-length trailer was released on Saturday, and boy, it was more than what we expected to see.

The trailer gives the fans and the general movie-going crowd an action-packed three minutes, and it is just spectacular. In this trailer, we get a better idea of why the Batman wants to take down the Man of Steel. In one instance, he says he needs to destroy Superman because he is too powerful and could take out the entire human race.

Furthermore, we see Bruce Wayne running into the rubble as Superman and Zod do battle in Metropolis. It appears as if Bruce is talking to someone on the phone, and that someone must have been inside one of the buildings.

We suspect Bruce lost several employees and friends in the battle and ultimately feels threatened by this alien being. An alien who can do that much damage cannot be left to roam freely as he pleases, and this could be one of the reasons the Batman comes into play.

Not to mention, we get to see Clark Kent investigating the Batman. This version of the caped crusader is ruthless, and we suspect this is not something that sits well with Clark. He will likely go after the Batman as Superman, and it seems the trailer shows that.

The scene where Superman rips the doors off the Batmobile and Batman stands up to face this alien is excellent! What are other remarkable aspects of this teaser?

Robin

There is no way we could sit here talking about this trailer without mentioning Jason Todd. There's a Robin suit in the Batcave with the words "Ha Ha Ha. Joke's on you, Batman" marked on it.

That's definitely the handiwork of the Joker. He killed Jason Todd and left his body to burn. The costume shows what appears to be those burns, so we are confident this happened.

Wonder Woman

From all indications, she definitely seems to know Bruce Wayne. In the comics, they know each other's identities, so we suspect this could come into play where Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is concerned.

She is also seen in costume fighting something or someone. The trailer doesn't show, but we believe we have an idea who this is.

All in all, the trailer is an eye-opener, and we loved it for the most part. Batman fighting the soldiers who follow Superman has transformed us into a believer.
