U.S. carrier T-Mobile is gearing up to add a slew of new Android-powered devices to its smartphone lineup: the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, Galaxy Core Prime and HTC Desire 626s.

By Wednesday, July 22, the HTC Desire 626s will launch on T-Mobile. The device was announced by HTC on Wednesday, July 15. It runs on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop with HTC's Sense 7 user interface running on top.

The Desire 626s boasts a 5-inch 1280 x 720p screen and houses a quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor and 1GB of RAM. The phablet also touts an 8MP primary snapper and a 2MP selfie camera. The device also has 8GB of on-board memory with the option to expand via a microSD card. The Desire 626s will also pack in a 2,000 mAh battery.

The entry-level smartphone from HTC will not burn a hole in anyone's pocket as T-Mobile's offer will retail for just $169.99.

For those looking for a great deal on the HTC Desire 626s, the phablet is also set to make its way to MetroPCS on August 3 and will cost $79 after an instant rebate.

For users who are not fans of HTC, T-Mobile is also launching two Samsung smartphone on July 22 as well, namely the Galaxy Grand Prime and Galaxy Core Prime. Both the Galaxy Grand Prime and Galaxy Core Prime smartphones are already available on Cricket/Sprint and Verizon, respectively.

The Galaxy Grand Prime also has a 5-inch QHD screen like the Desire 626s but the resolution is 960 x 540 pixels. Under the hood, it packs in a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz and 1GB of RAM. The device has an 8MP and 5MP, primary and secondary cameras, respectively. The smartphone also runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and has a 2,600mAh battery. The device also has 8GB of on-board memory with the option to expand via a microSD card.

T-Mobile's variant will retail for $189.99, which is $10 more than the price offered by Cricket and cheaper than the $240 demanded by Sprint.

The Galaxy Core Prime has a 4.5-inch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Under the hood, it packs in a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and 1GB of RAM. The device has an 8MP and 2MP, primary and secondary cameras, respectively. The device also has 8GB of on-board memory with the option to expand via a microSD card. It is also powered by a 2,000 mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

The T-Mobile variant of the Galaxy Core Prime will retail for $139.99. MetroPCS is selling the handset for $49.
