Uber is shifting into high gear with its cross promotion.

The ride-hailing app service is giving its customers a chance to ride in style Monday (October 19) via the new 2016 BMW 7 Series, which hasn't even hit the streets yet. With the click of a button on the app, Uber users will be able to hail the luxury sedan Monday from noon to 8p.m. for free. The limited-time cross promotion is only available in four cities — Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and New York.

Accessing the 2016 BMW 7 Series sedan, which will boast 320 to 445 horsepower and come equipped with an $81,300 price tag, is simple. Open your Uber app and select promotions in the upper left under the menu. Then enter the code '7SERIESCHI' to access the special option and request 7 Series via the bottom slider of the app. If the ultra-luxurious ride is available, you'll be connected to a driver for a free ride of up to 30 minutes.

For Uber, this expands the tech giant's seemingly-endless options for cross promotions. For BMW, it gets plenty of eyes on its newest model — whether those who hail it and experience it Monday or people who see it cruising in the streets. Perfect fit for both parties.

And if you're lucky enough to ride in this new BMW 7 Series, you'll get to sit back in its plush, heated reclining seats and enjoy some television with flat panels attached to the backs of the front seats. Executive riding at its best.

This comes days after AT&T and Uber announced their limited-time partnership, which will see select Uber cars being wirelessly connected, so that users could enjoy streaming a college football game while riding in the back.
