For a while we've known which wrestlers will be making the cut for WWE 2K15, and now more details are emerging about WWE's MyCareer mode where a wrestler of your own making will be the star.

IGN has a hands-on preview of the game, and it sounds like winning matches won't be enough to rise through the ranks of MyCareer after crafting a unique wrestler. Players will start at the NXT Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, and players will progress and make their way to the main WWE roster, various PPV events and the championship belt.

How fast you progress isn't determined only by performing well in the ring, however. Instead, winning matches is only part of maintaining a fanbase and keeping fans entertained. The more fans you have on social media, the faster you will rise in the ranks. While winning is still preferable to losing, being defeated after a dramatic battle with a rival can still boost your fanbase, as each match is rated on memorable moments, move variety and overall drama among other things.

The decisions players make outside the ring will also play a role. Dynamic events based on what has happened so far will appear that will force players to make rivalries, alliances and other decisions, which will continue to impact the game moving forward. MyCareer wrestlers created by friends will even be brought into your storyline and controlled by the computer, further customizing the MyCareer experience.

Playing created wrestlers in MyCareer mode will earn them experience points, which can then be used to level up various attributes by earning virtual currency. If you're dreaming of creating a max-stat character by taking as long in MyCareer mode as possible, depending on what class of wrestler you choose, certain stats will be capped at varying levels. That's okay though, as the virtual currency obtained through playing is also used to hire managers, set up training sessions and more.

Just a few weeks ago players got a first-look at some extended gameplay from the game in a new trailer, and previously fans got a glimpse behind the curtain to see what kind of technology is being employed in order to bring wrestlers to life in the game.

WWE 2K15 will be releasing Nov. 18 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 after a three-week delay. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of the game will hit store shelves on the game's original release date of Oct. 28.
