Valentine's Day is fast approaching and Huawei has launched an exciting sale for its Honor brand to celebrate the occasion.
The company will hold a flash sale for the Honor 5X smartphone, which will bring down the price of the smartphone to just a dollar. Normally, the handset is priced at $199.99.
Honor 5X is not the only smartphone which will be discounted as part of the Valentine's Day celebrations. The Honor 8 and the Honor 6X will also be available at a discount, but not for $1.
Honor 5X: The Offer
The Honor 5X can be snagged by consumers for just a dollar on three days. Those interested, need to mark their calendars for Feb. 7, Feb. 8 and Feb. 9.
The sale commences at 12 PM CST and the first three buyers will get the Honor 5X for $1 instead of $199.99.
To refresh your memory, the smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, which is clocked at 1.5 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. The smartphone offers 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128 GB. The smartphone has a fingerprint scanner as well.

Other offers from the company include discounts and free accessories for the Honor 6X and the Honor 8.
The Honor 6X will bear a price of $249.99 as opposed to its standard price of $289.98 during the sale period. This offer kicked off on Feb. 1 and will expire on Feb. 14 at 12 PM CST. Consumers also get a free bundle which includes a selfie tick, ear buds and a free case. Each consumer is only entitled to one unit and has to pre-register for the offer. The Honor 8 is available at a discounted price in the same period. The 32 GB variant will sport a price tag of $319.99 as opposed to its usual price of $453.98.
The Honor 8's 64 GB variant is on sale for $369.99. The regular price for this variant is $503.98. Both the variants will be shipped along with a free TPU case, earphones, selfie sticks and power cords.
