Verizon customers looking to get a great deal on a flagship smartphone with top of the line specs are in for a treat. Amazon is offering the Quad HD equipped LG G3 for a penny.

Top Android phablets like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Google Nexus 6, and LG G3 all share gorgeous 2560 x 1440 Quad HD displays that make using the handsets a joy. The high resolution makes images pop, videos look better than most HD TVs, and take gaming to a whole new level. If you're in the market to upgrade your smartphone with a device that is packing a Quad HD display, deals for these handsets are far and few between. That doesn't mean that you can't score one and pay the very low price of a penny in the process.

Amazon is now offering the Verizon LG G3 32GB in Metallic Black for $0.01 when signing a new 2-year contract.

The Verizon LG G3 features a stunning 5.5-inch Quad HD Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a high pixel density of 538 pixels per inch (ppi). The phablet comes equipped with a powerful 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, Adreno 330 GPU (graphics processing unit), and 3GB of RAM to keep things running fast and fluid. It ships with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and Verizon has already confirmed that it will release an OTA (over the air) update to Android 5.0 Lollipop in the near future.
