Reddit post from a user complained about the third-party reports on the Nintendo Switch console, and it is about receiving the same device with the exact serial numbers but with a different saved file.

It is only one of the many complaints on the Nintendo Switch consoles that got sent to third-party repair centers to address many issues, including the JoyCon drift issue.

According to The Verge, Nintendo is now facing many disputes regarding the repairs done on its hybrid console, especially with third-party repair centers that lack the skills to address many of its concerns.

One company named United Radio said that it faces hardships in terms of temporary staff that quit amidst their work on the Switch consoles.

Repair Problems from Third-Party Partners on JoyCon Issue

The JoyCon issue is the main problem that third-party partners face when fixing the Nintendo Switch's issues, and their many problems affect its repairs. From unskilled workers to the multiple consoles that place the number to thousands are too much for these repair centers, and Nintendo's problem is only growing for the Switch.

Nintendo Switch JoyCon Issue

Nintendo Switch was the top-selling console of February, according to reports, but that does not shy away from the fact that it faces JoyCon drift issues on its controls. The Japanese gaming company claimed that their production already focused on bettering the Switch's control issues with new releases, with only a few reports on the OLED version having this problem.

Last week's report by United Radio raised a lot of brows for the Japanese gaming company, especially with the unskilled workers and hardships in handling these types of repairs for users. Nintendo hiring third-party partners on this only shows the volume of repairs the company faces now and the hard time they experience in accomodating the fix.

There are many ways to fix the JoyCon issue by the user right at home, but if it is not enough, they need repair centers for it. The JoyCon drift problems prove a massive dispute against Nintendo with their flagship console from the company. Nintendo is already fixing the issue by providing third-party repair centers, but it seems not to be enough to address it.
