Twitter founder, Jack Dorsey, says he trusts Elon Musk, who is now aptly dubbed as the future owner of the social media giant, for the future of the platform.

The ex-CEO of Twitter Dorsey randomly posted a link to the song "Everything In Its Right Place" by the English rock band Radiohead on his official account.
It turns out that the tweet of the Twitter co-founder is a cryptic post referencing the latest $44 billion buyout deal between the tech giant and the billionaire entrepreneur, who also owns Tesla and SpaceX.
As per a news story by The Verge, the cryptic tweet from Dorsey is the start of a short thread wherein the ex-CEO talks about how much he trusts Musk in taking over Twitter.
He replied to the Radiohead song tweet, explaining what he is trying to say with his cryptic post.
The ex-CEO began by professing his love for the social media platform he founded, adding that "Twitter is the closest thing we have to a global consciousness."

The tech entrepreneur, who also founded the payments system Block, went on to express his endearment for Twitter. He passionately stated that both the idea and service of his microblogging site "is all that matters" to him.
He wrote that Twitter has also become his "sole issue" and "biggest regret" because it subscribes to the ad system. Not to mention that Wall Street now owns the platform which he co-founded 16 years ago.

According to a recent report by Business Insider, the ex-CEO of Twitter expressed his support to the blockbuster bid of Musk to buy the 16-year-old social networking service.
However, Dorsey clarified that he does not believe that a single person should ever run or own Twitter. Instead, he wrote that it should be at a protocol or public good level rather than being a company.

Nevertheless, the Twitter co-founder concedes, saying that to be able to fix the reality that it is a company, Dorsey says Musk is the "singular solution" he trusts.
The ex-Twitter exec said that he trusts its mission of Musk "To extend the light of consciousness."
On top of that, the former Twitter boss further added that he thinks that the direction that Musk wants to go is the "right one."

The founder of Tesla and SpaceX said that he wants Twitter to not only be trusted by its users but to be an inclusive platform as well.
