The shareholders and investors are seeing eye-to-eye with Microsoft now, and the recent press release brings the news of its approval vote to acquire Activision Blizzard. The announcement said that the majority voted for the deal to push through, and it gathered 98 percent of its votes to make way for the sale.
Activision Blizzard is one of the most famous and renowned gaming companies in the world, and its buyout is a massive deal for everyone, especially the industries directly affected by its sale. The good thing is that Sony has one more minor problem for it, as Xbox already said that it would continue to port "Call of Duty" and other Activision Blizzard games for them.

For now, more paperwork and approval are what keep this acquisition from pushing through and sealing the deal for Microsoft. Getting the shareholders and investors on board is a massive implication for Microsoft for the brighter part of the deal.
