Even before Apple dropped an announcement for the rumored Beats Studio Buds Plus, Amazon has earlier spoiled the fun by "prematurely" sharing a detailed listing of the earbuds.

According to The Verge, the piece of wearable ear accessories will get more upgrades, including an improved transparency mode and better ANC feature, which could exceed the original Studio Buds.

Amazon says that the Beats Studio Buds Plus will sell for $169.95 by the time it becomes available on May 18.

As Macrumors reports, the upcoming Studio Buds+ is rumored to have a similar transparent look to Nothing Ear 2 earbuds. The listing suggests that this could be a "sportier" alternative to the current AirPods Pro.

With that being said, we could potentially see it coming in two color options: black and ivory.

By the time Studio Buds Plus launches on May 18, as the Amazon listing says, they are also staging a wearable competition with another Apple product which is the 2nd-gen AirPods Pro.

The same report by Macrumors says that it was only last month when the Beats Studio Buds+ were spotted on iOS 16.4 code. Furthermore, the FCC filing last week also shared some information about the earbuds.

As of writing, the listing about the Beats Studio Buds Plus is now removed on Amazon. You can potentially see it somewhere on the internet via leaked screenshots on several platforms.

What to Expect With Studio Buds+

According to another report by Engadget, the rumored Apple wearable is expected to come with a lighter charging case similar to the original model. It can run for up to 36 hours, as well.

Its predecessor weighs 4.5 ounces, while the rumored product will have a weight of 3.87 ounces. It should be noted that the listing also shows that the Studio Buds+ will be thrice bigger than the current model.

Other than that, we expect to see a more hands-on Siri integration that users can use with the Find My tracking app. The earbuds will also allegedly feature one-touch pairing for Android and iOS devices.

We might also see the automatic switching feature for the Studio Buds Plus, which is good for users who want to switch between several devices, such as phones and tablets.

In the coming weeks, we expect Apple to open up pre-orders for the rumored device. It will most likely come next month, but if that does not happen, we can see it arriving two or three months from now.

Last week, Tech Times reported that Nothing released the software update 1.0.188 for Ear 2. The update involves a more optimized adaptive ANC, enhanced sound latency, and bug fixes when the LHDC codec is activated.

If you want to download the update, head to the Settings of your smartphone and click the Firmware update section of your device. For more details, you can visit the official website of Nothing to see the full update.
