NOVATO, CALIFORNIA - APRIL 12: A packet of Heinz ketchup is displayed with Chick-fil-A hash browns on April 12, 2021 in Novato, California. Packets of ketchup are in short supply as takeout dining has surged during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Kraft Heinz Company, who manufactures nearly 70 percent of ketchup used in America, plans to increase their ketchup production by 25 percent to keep up with demand.

Customization to a Whole New Level

HEINZ REMIX takes customization to a new level, catering to consumers' unique cravings and preferences. The standalone machine features a user-friendly touchscreen interface, enabling users to select from a range of "bases" such as HEINZ Ketchup, Ranch, 57 Sauce, and BBQ Sauce.

Customers can then further personalize their sauce by adding one or more "enhancers" like Jalapeño, Smoky Chipotle, Buffalo, and Mango, adjusting the intensity level to their liking in low, medium, or high.

Alan Kleinerman, Vice President of Disruption at Kraft Heinz, highlighted the company's commitment to innovation and consumer satisfaction. He described HEINZ REMIX as more than just a sauce dispenser, emphasizing its role as an insights engine and business model enabler.

This device will provide real-time data on consumer trends and flavor preferences, potentially inspiring new sauce combinations. By putting consumers in control of their sauces, HEINZ REMIX wants to revolutionize the dipping experience.
