Initially a year-in-review feature, Apple Music's famed Replay is now available to experience monthly, allowing its users to track their streaming and learn more about their listening journey. Each year, streaming platforms offer a way to give users a look back on their streaming activity, with Apple Music taking it up a notch for each passing month.

Apple recently shared that instead of waiting for a 365-day cycle, Apple Music users may now enjoy the Replay feature every month to review their listening track record. On this experience, users may head over to the Replay website and run the algorithm that will determine their monthly music consumption, offering valuable insights and information about it.

The Cupertino giant said that its Replay calculates the many facets of music streaming, including top songs, artists, albums, playlists, genres, and stations.

It will require one's Apple Music listening history, the number of plays to a particular song, artist, album, and more, and the amount of time spent doing so.

How Do You review your Apple Music Replay monthly?

Using the Apple Music Replay is straightforward, and Cupertino only requires that the device they are using is updated to the latest version. Next, head to the Apple Music Replay website and log in using their Apple ID if prompted.

Use the Apple ID tied in with the Apple Music subscription to get the full Replay experience. Lastly, click the "Jump In" button to start the review.

Year-In Reviews from Entertainment Platforms

While the music streaming industry popularized the year-in reviews and offers users this renowned experience annually, this feature is no longer exclusive to these platforms. Still, among the most popular services available for this is Spotify's annual Wrapped review, alongside Apple Music's Replay, the My Deezer Year, and more.

Netflix and other video streaming platforms may not be a part of this, but the iconic feature coming to Sony's PlayStation is called the PlayStation 2023 Wrap-Up for gaming. It is yet unknown if this would be a regular annual offer from the Japanese gaming company, but it gave PS gamers delight as they saw their track record on overall spent hours, top titles, and more.

Yearly analytics of one's entertainment platforms is one fun experience to do whenever the year ends, and it offers intuitive insights about their usage, unique from each platform. Apple Music offers the Replay more frequently for its subscribers, with a monthly review basis available, giving users a better understanding of their music streaming experiences.
