However, it's noteworthy that the speed differentials between Galaxy S24 devices and iPhone 15 models were relatively minor in some regions.

According to Ookla's blog report, the Galaxy S24 family also exhibited the lowest median 5G multi-server latency in 10 out of 15 countries, contrasting with the iPhone 15's higher median 5G latency in the same number of markets.

Comparison with Previous Models

Samsung Galaxy S22 models displayed the slowest median 5G download speeds in eight countries, while the Galaxy S23 family lagged in four countries.

Additionally, the Galaxy S24 family boasted the fastest median 5G upload speeds in 13 out of the 15 countries analyzed. However, upload speeds were generally slower than download speeds, ranging from 11.83 Mbps to 66.52 Mbps.
