Sprint recently leaked the upcoming LG G3's specs via a User Agent profile on its site. The carrier has updated the profile with some new information.

LG has been stepping up its game in the smartphone world and the LG G2 was the beginning. The smartphone has been a huge success and is now viewed as a major player in the smartphone game. LG then followed up by launching the first smartphone with a flexible display in the U.S. when it introduced the LG G Flex.

According to the most recent rumors, LG will officially announce its 2014 flagship smartphone LG G3 in the coming weeks. We recently reported Sprint jumped the gun and posted the G3's User Agent profile to its site and revealed the specs of the smartphone. The most notable discovery was the handset would ship with an Ultra HD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560. Sprint has updated the profile and there are a few changes.

The LG G3 will retain its 5.5-inch Ultra HD display, which will make it the only smartphone to hit the U.S. with a display that sharp. The original user agent profile claimed the handset would ship with 3GB of RAM but it now appears it will match the LG G2's 2GB of RAM.

Another change Sprint made has to do with the rear and front-facing cameras on the G3. Both cameras have been upgraded with higher resolutions; the rear camera now boasts a 16-megapixel camera, while the front facing camera is now listed as a 2.4-megapixel shooter.

Here's a complete rundown of what we can expect to see in the LG G3 when it's officially announced. The smartphone will sport a 5.5-inch 1440 x 2560 Ultra HD display. It will be powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM.

The LG G3 will ship with 32GB of internal storage and a microSD expansion slot that will support up to 64GB microSD cards. Its camera capabiltities will consist of a 16-megapixel rear camera and 2.4-megapixel front-facing camera. The handset will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat under an updated version of LG's UI.

LG is expected to officially announce the LG G3 sometime in May. We'll keep you posted on any new details.
