Fallout Shelter has proved to be a rounding success for Bethesda. The vault management sim with Fallout's signature brand of dark humor released shortly after Bethesda revealed Fallout 4, taking advantage of the huge levels of hype surrounding Bethesda's upcoming open world RPG for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC to create huge demand for the free to play mobile game.

Within the first two weeks of release, Fallout Shelter had earned $5.1 million from players purchasing lunchboxes in order to equip their Vault Dwellers with better equipment. Not too shabby for Bethesda's first foray into the world of mobile gaming. Now Bethesda has revealed additional statistics about Fallout Shelter from its first month of availability with a new infographic.

It should come as no surprise that some of these numbers are huge. For starters, played have played nearly 30 million hours of the game across more than a billion game sessions. Players have created more than 85 million vaults, birthed more than 80 million babies and fended off 118 million rad roach infestations. As Bethesda points out, that many babies would require 1.5 billion ounces of baby formula a day, and 85 million vaults could easily house the entire U.S. population with room to spare.

The infographic also shows that the Wasteland is a dangerous, dangerous place. Vaults have been attacked by raiders 41 million times, with 20 million dwellers giving their lives to explore the wide-world outside the relative safety of their Vault.

What's truly impressive is that all these numbers are from the game's first month of release on iOS devices. It does not take into account the millions of Android users who picked up the game earlier this month. Expect these numbers to go up substantially. You can check out the full infographic below.

Fallout 4 releases on Nov. 17. Just don't expect to learn much about the game's story before then.
