Move over Beyonce as another hot mommy is set to take over the mantle of the most-followed person on the photo-sharing app Instagram.

Kim Kardashian - who is expecting her second baby after North West - has dethroned the ex-Destiny's Child singer from the numero uno spot.

On Monday, August 24, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star had 44,005,604 followers on Instagram, which beat out Beyonce's 43,935,648.

So now according to Socialblade.com, with over 44 million followers Kim Kardashian is officially the most popular person on Instagram. The reality TV star's sisters Kendall and Kyle Jenner also make it to the top ten with 35,388,483 and 33,703,166 followers respectively. Khloé Kardashian also slugs it out at number ten with 30,522,261 followers.

Earlier in February this year, Kim celebrated 27 million followers on Instagram by posting the picture below.

Barely three weeks ago, Kim crossed the 42 million follower's milestone on Instagram and celebrated the same by posting a racy photo of herself in a tank top.

Kim Kardashian has been raking in followers pretty swiftly as her social media popularity grows. 15 million more followers in only six months bears testament to her popularity on Instagram.

For those wondering which other celebrities round up the top ten Instagram list - Taylor Swift. Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj seem to be Instagram favorites as well. While women dominate the list, Justin Bieber manages to squeeze in on number six with nearly 27 million followers.
