Vine is making it easier than ever for users to add music to their looping videos and to discover new tracks from other users.

Rolling out its new music editing tool called Snap to Beat, the app – which allows users to upload six-second videos that loop indefinitely – will now enable users to perfectly edit the music they want to feature in their videos.

Mastering the ability to create "perfect loops," the music tool allows users to upload the song they want by tapping on the note icon located on the Details screen. Snap to Beat identifies how much of the song will be used and trims the video to fit the clip to create "seamless loops."

Users can still edit their music separately by turning off the feature. This option will give users more control over their videos, and let them add sound effects at the end of their Vines.

Along with the new music creation and editing tool, Vine is also introducing a discovery tool that will help users stumble upon new music. Users can browse through the new Featured Tracks section — which can also be added to their own Vines by tapping again on the note icon when they want to add a song.

The new discovery feature lets users find out information about the song playing in the looping videos by tapping the music note on a Vine, which reveals the track's title and artist. No longer will users have to wonder and comment "What song?" to find out what Kylie Jenner is lip-syncing to in her videos.

The new music features come as a result of popular songs being used in Vines where people are dancing – like to The Whip – which "take on a life of their own" and "start to climb the charts."

Users will now be able to expose their music to an even bigger audience, thanks to Vine's recent efforts to add the app to the Billboard Social 50 chart.

According to Google Analytics, the Twitter-owned app has more than 200 million people watching its videos each month.

The new music tool launched Friday for both iOS and Android.
