Alert consumers can now take advantage of a great deal on Google's flagship Nexus 6 phablet, available now for $199 when purchased with a two-year contract at Best Buy or directly from Sprint.

Google's Nexus 6 phablet has been a great success, as its partnership with Motorola resulted in a quality phablet with great specs and a large 5.9-inch Quad HD display, which is larger than super-sized phablet competitors like the iPhone 6 Plus and Samsung's Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge.

Right now when you purchase a 32 GB Nexus 6 at Best Buy along with a 2-year contract on the Sprint network, you can enjoy a $50 discount off the usual $249 price. Along with the reduced $199 price tag, you'll also receive free shipping. Best Buy also sells the Nexus 6 on the AT&T network, but that carrier is not being featured in this promotion, which is also available directly from Sprint.

Recently we reported that Verizon was due to be selling the Google Nexus 6 on its network, joining AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile as the last major carrier to feature the phone. As announced, Verizon began selling the Nexus 6 on March 12, although shipping delays of one week are being reported. Verizon and AT&T are both selling the Nexus 6 for $249 with a two-year contract, which is why the Best Buy/Sprint deal is a winner

Verizon is selling the Nexus 6 with Google's brand new Android Lollipop 5.1 OS installed out of the box. While the new OS may not be preinstalled on the Sprint phablet, consumers need not worry. Sprint has already begun pushing the Android 5.1 Lollipop update to the Nexus 6 devices on its network.
