There have been rumors about Apple's highly-anticipated 12.9-inch iPad Pro hitting the market on Nov. 11 through both physical and online stores. The date has not yet been confirmed by Apple, with the company only stating that the tablet will be released some time in November, but users looking to purchase the iPad Pro should nevertheless start to prepare themselves.

The iPad Pro features a 12.9-inch Retina display with a resolution of 2,732 x 2,048 pixels for 264 pixels per inch. The tablet weighs in at 1.57 pounds for the Wi-Fi only models and 1.59 pounds for the Wi-Fi and Cellular model, and measures 12 inches x 8.68 inches x 0.27 of an inch. The tablet also packs an A9X chip and an M9 motion coprocessor, an 8MP iSight camera, a 1.2MP FaceTime HD camera, and is powered by the iOS 9 out of the box.

These are just some of the specs that have iPad lovers wanting to get their hands on the tablet, which will have three models for customers to choose from upon release. For Wi-Fi models, the choices are the 32 GB model and the 128 GB model, while for the Wi-Fi and Cellular model, the only option one with a capacity of 128 GB.

The 32 GB Wi-Fi model will have a price tag of $799, with the 128 GB model adding $150 to the price tag to $949. The 128 GB Wi-Fi and Cellular model, on the other hand, will have a price tag of $1,079.

Apple has three listed color options for the iPad Pro, namely silver, gold and space gray. The company also announced a pair of accessories for the iPad Pro, specifically the Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard. These accessories are sold separately from the iPad Pro, with price tags of $99 and $169, respectively.

While the tablet is generating a lot of buzz, Apple, however, has demonstrated a reserved attitude on orders for the iPad Pro, ordering only 2.5 million units of the tablet for the fourth quarter. This is a very low number compared to the 14.1 million sold iPad units in the fourth quarter of 2013 and the 12.3 million sold iPad units in the fourth quarter of last year. In addition, Apple's orders for the iPad Pro for the first quarter of 2016 is said to be even lower than 2.5 million units.
