The countdown continues for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” to finally be released in theatres. This weekend, we were treated to yet another surprise – A TV spot for the movie featuring new footage and Rey kicking some major butt.

Oh, J.J. Abrams, how you toy with our emotions!

Although the director said that there would be no more trailers for “The Force Awakens,” we then got a galaxy-full load of eye-candy in the Japanese trailer, which revealed some drool-worthy shots like the TIE fighters soaring into Jakku against an ominous sunset.

The new TV spot revealed via Twitter, although brief, offers even more insight to what will be in store for us come Dec. 18 – or 16 in case you're lucky enough to live in Italy.

In just the first 3 seconds the main treat we get in the video is none other than the familiar old smuggler's ship – The Millenium Falcon. But hang on a sec, is that Rey (Daisy Rider), and not Han Solo, in the pilot's seat?

We also get a shot of Han Solo on an ice-planet where a new Death Star-like Starkiller Base has been set up, according to some speculative reports. There are also the familiar shots of him leading both Rey and Finn with a giant droid towards some ruins.

We also hear whom we think is Maz Kanata, in a voice-over, optimistically proclaiming that she has seen the same eyes in many people and she sees the same eyes in whomever she is talking to – could it be Rey or Finn? And what role do they have to play in this continuing saga?

Just as this TV spot says, each generation has a new story. And we sure can't wait to finally see how this story plays out in December.
