What could be better than playing the new Call of Duty: Black Ops III and then chomping down on a humungous Tex-Mex Bacon Thickburger? Putting both of them together and supporting veterans get better jobs when they come home, that's what!

On Veterans Day, Nov. 11, Carl's Jr., Hardee's and Activision are teaming up with the Ultimate Care Package for their customers that will benefit returning veterans. The army-sized combo meal comes with the aforementioned burger, large fries and a drink.

All proceeds from the sale of the Ultimate Care Package will go to the Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit organization set up by Activision Blizzard, which has already placed over 15,000 veterans in high quality jobs.

Carl's Jr. and Hardee's also have a philanthropic program for veterans called Stars for Heroes, which helps military vets and their families.

The companies have decided to join forces this Veteran's Day to be able to extend their reach to as many veterans as possible.

“Our target customers love burgers, like our new Tex Mex Bacon Thickburger, and Call of Duty, so the two have now come together in an ‘Ultimate Care Package’ combo meal,” said the chief marketing officer for Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, Brad Haley in a statement.

In addition to the proceeds going directly to the Call of Duty Endowment, each Ultimate Care Package combo meal will also come with peel-off raffle coupons which give customers a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles to visit the Call of Duty design studio and meet the development team at Treyarch.

The grand prize also reportedly consists of various Call of Duty gear and a full copy of the game signed by the developers.

In addition, when the game was activated Nov. 6, players may have noticed some in-game tie-ups to this promotion. Some winners of the raffle will be able to redeem in-game gear such as specialized weapons and camo in a ketchup, mustard and pickle design.
