Star Wars: Battlefront is an action first- and third-person shooter video game, which is based on the Star Wars films. The latest game was released on Nov. 17 and many gamers have reported several gameplay issues with the video game. Electronic Arts (EA) - the game publisher - has suggested some workarounds to fix the problems.

The game Star Wars: Battlefront has been released for PC, Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Microsoft Xbox One. Users of all gaming consoles are facing some issues with the new game.

"So after purchasing Battlefront, I jump right in and get placed into a Walker Assault match (already in session) and everything is OK. But, after the match is over and I move to the next match, the audio starts having issues," complained a user on Reddit. "Throughout the entire next match (and following matches), I only get the sounds for Menu Buttons, Music when Flying, and Orbital Strikes. Nothing else."

The Reddit user suggests that the same problem occurs if the gamer quits the game and tries to join a game already in session. The audio returns to normal only after re-starting the game entirely.

EA is giving a handy guide about some of the reported errors, platforms encountering the error and also a workaround for the issue on its help page.

One of the problems listed on the EA help page is for the Microsoft Xbox One. The problem section states "Xbox One players cannot join servers/matchmake."

In the workaround section, EA claims to have fixed the issue. However, if gamers are still unable to join a server on the gaming console or unable to matchmake, then they should close the game and check for an update. EA suggests that once the update is downloaded then gamers should not encounter the issue.

Gamers who see an infinite server loading screen or are stuck at server "joining" screen then they should exit the game while connected and then join a new game.
