Eaze, a cannabis delivery service based in San Francisco, has announced that it is launching Eaze MD, a videoconferencing service that connects medical marijuana patients with doctors that prescribe medical marijuana.

The service is conducted through an app that's available on both iOS and Android and works the same way as actually going to a clinic. Patients will still need to fill out the same forms required in the state of California, and then discuss their problems with a doctor. The service will be active between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day of the week.

Consultation with a doctor will cost $30, which is quite a bit less than what a patient would pay at a clinic. Not only that, but after a patient has been approved by a doctor, they can order a product straight from Eaze to be delivered.

The whole concept is pretty futuristic. Patients can literally purchase weed over the Internet and have it delivered straight to their home after consulting with a live remote doctor, all in a matter of a few minutes.

Of course, Eaze is not the only service of its kind, but it is by far the best. Meadow also offers online consultations, however, they're only available from desktop devices and cost $100 per visit.

Currently, Eaze is only available in California, however, the company says that it can easily expand its service into other regions.
