In the years since his domination of the boxing world in the '80s and '90s, former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has had a long fall from grace. However, thanks to pop culture and 2009's "The Hangover," Tyson has a second career on his hands and it is only getting bigger.

The one-time "Most Dangerous Man On The Planet" has now become....wait for it....a cartoon! Apparently, America can't get enough of the famous pugilist and his consistently spacey public behavior.

While some may believe that Tyson has paid his debt to society after serving his jail sentence, it is tough to gauge just how the public will react to him getting into animated mysteries every week. Thankfully it will be on the very popular Adult Swim block on Cartoon Network, so the kiddies won't be watching. The series is titled "Mike Tyson Mysteries" and it will follow Tyson and his sidekicks as they solve various crimes across the country. If you need more proof that this is actually a thing, check out the trailer below.

The "Scooby Doo"-esque show features Iron Mike, his adopted daughter (Rachel Ramras), an aristocratic ghost (Jim from "Community") and a drunk pigeon who used to be a man in the form of Norm McDonald. The show follows the gang as they solve mysteries with a healthy dose of hijinks and comedy. While the panel for the show at San Diego Comic Con was a little awkward having Tyson make his usual oddball comments, the reception overall seemed to be pretty positive.

"Listen, I'm glad I don't have to punch people no more. God, that was stressful. That's why I don't like doing it. I got punched enough, too. You [get] hit with the lawsuits afterward. You knock the guy out quick [and] you're so geeked up, you hit somebody else, you've got an officer involved and the next thing you know you've got a lawyer, you've got a jury... you've got a witness involved in your life," said Tyson according to fightland.vice.com.

While it is not meant for the Saturday morning crowd, "Mike Tyson Mysteries" may be able to find its core audience.
