The second week of Xbox's massive "Countdown" sale is here, and it's bringing some significant discounts to some of the year's biggest games.

Leading the charge is the ever popular Fallout 4. For Xbox Live Gold subscribers, the game is currently $10 off. Other big name titles from earlier in the year, like Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain are also enjoying discounts. Gold members can snag Gears of War for $30 or Metal Gear Solid for $40.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Games from last year, like Alien: Isolation are as cheap as $7.50. Indie games like Slender: The Arrival and Shovel Knight are also heavily discounted, with Slender selling for $4 and Shovel Knight discounted to $10 from its normal $15.

While all the games above are for Xbox One players, Microsoft isn't leaving Xbox 360 gamers out to dry. Games like Skyrim, Bully and Alien: Isolation are all discounted on the 360 side of the sale. A number of the Xbox 360 sale games are also backwards compatible on Xbox One, including Castle Crashers, the Gears of War series and Supreme Commander 2.

Overall there looks to be something for everybody as Xbox's "biggest sale ever" enter its second week. You can check out all the deals over on Major Nelson's official Xbox blog.
