Never say never.

With Matt Hardy's Total Nonstop Action (TNA) contract expiring in February, the wrestling star isn't ruling out a possible return to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

Why should he? It's a company that Hardy and his brother, Jeff Hardy, excelled in — within both the tag-team ranks as the Hardy Boyz and as singles competitors for over a decade.

In a recent interview with Channel Guide Magazine, Hardy revealed that, although his current focus is helping TNA to grow and prosper, he would like to "keep people guessing" about a possible return to WWE.

"Right now, I'm standing atop the TNA mountain and waving the TNA flag proudly," Hardy said in the interview. "My contract does come up in February. Obviously, I'm going to say 'never say never,' but my intention right now is to make TNA as great as it can possibly be. I think the wrestling world needs TNA. I think the wrestlers need TNA. I think the fans need TNA.

"I think they need it to be successful and grow and thrive," he continued. "And I think that is what I'm here to do. I've been put in a position where I can make a difference. That is certainly my short-term goal — is to make a difference and to put TNA on the map."

He added about his future in pro-wrestling: "I like to keep people guessing! That's part of the mysteriousness of Matt Hardy, as well!"

The timing for Hardy — and his brother Jeff — to possibly return to WWE in February couldn't be better, considering it's full swing into the road to WrestleMania 32. Plus, WWE recently welcomed the Dudley Boyz, one of the most-celebrated tag teams in pro-wrestling history, back to the company.

A Hardys vs. Dudleys clash at WrestleMania 32 in — dare Tech Times says — a Table, Ladders and Chairs (TLC) match would be amazing.
