Although Netflix didn't take home any awards Sunday night at the 73rd Golden Globes, the streaming service used the big night to allow Frank Underwood to address the American people.

Netflix released a new trailer for House of Cards season 4, which serves as a public service announcement given directly from the fictional Oval Office.

"They say we get the leaders we deserve," Underwood (played by Kevin Spacey) says. "Well, here's what I think America deserves ..."

Underwood then goes on to remind the people (and House of Cards fans) about everything he has done to get to the point he is at now. This includes "putting people first," such as when handing over a razor blade or giving a gentle shove, opening doors and being willing to work with both sides to get things done. Of course, each of his points gives flashbacks to some of his notorious crimes committed, including murder and lesser offenses like urinating on a grave, reminding us all how much we support the Underwood campaign.

"I think America deserves Frank Underwood," he concludes in his speech. "And in your heart, you know I'm right."

After that compelling speech, how can we not get excited for the return of the Netflix hit original series? Fans who want to show their continuous support can do so by using the hashtag #FU2016, or checking out the site FU2016.com, which is advertised at the end of the trailer.

House of Cards returns to Netflix on March 4. Watch the trailer for season 4 below.
