After nearly a month delay, Ubisoft has officially announced the dates for The Division's closed beta.

The beta will begin for Xbox One owners on Jan. 28 and run through the 31, with PlayStation 4 and PC players able to join in starting on Jan. 29.

This is a closed beta, so you'll need a beta code in order to gain access. There are a couple of ways to do this. The most straightforward is to preorder the game on your console of choice, which guarantees you access to the beta. If you don't feel like preordering, you can also sign up through the game's website for a chance to snag a beta code.

In addition to the beta, Microsoft has revealed it's teaming up with Ubisoft for a 1 TB Xbox One bundle that includes a full game download for The Division. The bundle will retail for $399 and will be available March 8, the same day the game launches.

A new in-depth trailer for the game released earlier this week, giving more details about the The Division's version of New York City and what kind of missions players will be going on. It features a ton of new gameplay footage from the military shooter/RPG hybrid, so if you're curious about what The Division looks like in action, be sure to check it out in the video below.
