Paul Feig's 2016 reboot of "Ghostbusters" just came out with a surprise on Feb. 3 and it is none other than movie stills of the main cast. More specifically, everyone finally gets to see the Thor actor, Chris Hemsworth, in all his nerdy glory as Kevin the receptionist.
Hemsworth is shown sitting behind his receptionist desk wearing a printed collared shirt, black vest and maroon tie. He is also sporting a large horn-rimmed glasses and, whether they're corrective lenses or just an accessory for the obviously buff receptionist, we'll only find out in July.
Hemsworth seems to be comfortable being the receptionist for four strong female Ghostbusters, which goes to show that his acting is actually quite large and cannot be pegged to just the Mjölnir wielding Norse god, whether in Asgard or on Earth fighting alongside other powered individuals. One thing, though... Kevin needs to wipe that desk because the base of that LCD monitor is just full of dust.
We certainly know the Australian actor enjoyed his stint as Kevin and that everyone's in for a comedic ride when "Ghostbusters" is released in cinemas in five months. After all, he did say that he has "never laughed so much in [his] life" when production wrapped back in August 2015. Don't remember it? See for yourself below.

Apart from the happy surprise that is Kevin, "Ghostbusters" also unveiled a new website especially for the 2016 reboot and, with it, came more first-look of the cast. Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones now have new film stills showing them in casual clothes, which gives everyone a look into what kind of personalities the new Ghostbusting girl group could possibly have.
With four comediennes as the new Ghostbusters, we can only hope that Kevin is not just there to serve as a foil but also be an engaging character. We're rooting for you too, Kevin!
