The 2016 Grammy Awards is barely a few days away and as the pundits wager bets on who will walk away with the music industry's top honors, Instagram has outed its predictions of the winners.

Come Feb. 15, the Grammy Awards will be held at Los Angeles. Leading the race is Kendrick Lamar with 11 nominations in his kitty, but will the hip hop artist be able to translate them into wins?

Helping us make an educated guess on this year's Grammy winners is photo-sharing site Instagram, which has compiled its winner prediction list, based on the most talked about nominees on the service, since the nominations were announced in December 2015.

This is the first time Instagram has shared its global data rankings, which feature the top three most talked about nominees in major Grammy categories.

If the Instagram predictions are anything to go on, then it doesn't look quite promising for Kendrick Lamar. Who will be the big winner then you ask? Taylor Swift.

However, what may have worked to Swift's advantage is that she has 65 million Instagram followers compared to Kendrick's measly 2 million.

Nevertheless, Swift is expected to win the prized Grammycam-equipped trophies for both Song of the Year (for "Blank Space") and Album of the Year (for "1989") categories.

The Instagram Grammy prediction compilation list also pitches Meghan Trainor, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Chris Stapleton and The Weeknd as potential winners.

Check out the Insta-picks of the top three artists who are creating a buzz and pitted to win the honors. The artists are ranked from one to three with the one creating the most buzz being highlighted in italics.
