HTC is in full promotion mode for its upcoming HTC 10. Recent benchmarks showed the smartphone outperforming the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and Apple iPhone 6s.

Now, HTC has tweeted, "Not all phones are created equal. The fastest and smoothest Android. You'll feel it."

Now that the two largest Android smartphone makers, Samsung and LG, have revealed their 2016 flagship smartphones, attention has shifted to HTC. The company has yet to announce its next-generation smartphone, but that hasn't stopped almost daily leaks, and even HTC has joined in by teasing the HTC 10 multiple times in the last couple of weeks.

During Mobile World Congress 2016 and after LG and Samsung launched the LG G5 and Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, HTC made it a point to promote its upcoming smartphone in an interview by saying, "We can confidently say that HTC will have a very, very compelling camera experience. We're making this comment after we've seen what's going on in the market."

In recent days, HTC has been tweeting teasers regarding the HTC 10, including claiming it would include "new boom," likely referring to the company's excellent BoomSound speakers that have been a staple on HTC's flagship smartphones, including its Nexus 9 tablet built for Google.

HTC has taken to its India Twitter page to release its latest HTC 10 teaser, and the company wrote, "Not all phones are created equal. The fastest and smoothest Android. You'll feel it. #powerof10" and included an image of what appears to be the HTC 10's capacitive buttons and Home button/fingerprint scanner.

If a recently-leaked image of the HTC 10 running AnTuTu benchmark is to be believed, HTC has some truth behind its latest claims, since it easily outperformed the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, which is using the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 4 GB of RAM.

Luckily, we don't have much longer to wait to hear HTC officially reveal all of the HTC 10's specs and details at its April 12 press event.
