Thor Bjornsson is the strongest man on earth. He can lift refrigerators, and even seasoned MMA fighters don't dare get too close to him, lest they suffer the same fate as Oberyn Martell from Game of Thrones. Best known for his work as The Mountain on the hit HBO series, Bjornsson now stars in a hilarious commercial where he reveals exactly what he does to stay strong.

It's not easy being The Mountain. In the ad for Heavy Bubbles, Bjornsson shoos away yet another admirer who asks him the question, “How can I be like you, the strongest man on earth?”

But as he lays in his tub full of bubbles in his private on-set trailer, he says that the real secret to staying strong is not going to the gym, or lifting weights, or even making a sacrifice to the Red god. The answer is actually much simpler: sparkling water.

Bjornsson reveals that his favorite brand of sparkling water is Heavy Bubbles which is available in several weights and are packaged in bottles that resemble dumbbells. So he can work on his muscle gains while hydrating himself at the same time.

But what if you're not yet strong enough to lift the heavy bottles of bubbly water? Bjornsson has an answer to that too.

“You can't carry, You can't drink, You die.”

It's really that simple. Check out the ad right here:

Unfortunately, those who would like to get their biceps and triceps working with a few bottles of Heavy Bubbles sparkling water are out of luck. The ad is really just a well-made April Fools' Day joke which was the brainchild of SodaStream, a global manufacturer and distributor of sparkling water makers.

"We wanted to emphasize how ridiculous it is to continue to carry bottles home from the Supermarket, so we came up with this crazy, out-of-the box campaign. We know that this consumer habit is hard to break, so we brought Europe's Strongest Man to help us," said Daniel Birnbaum, SodaStream's CEO.

But don't worry, even if you can't drink good old sparkling water with The Mountain in order to get as strong as him, you can still check up on Brewtein and their campaign to raise funds for the world's first Protein Beer.

Although Bjornsson got us good with his prank ad, it's no joke that Game of Thrones will be returning this month on April 24.
