Rumors about an HD collection of the Batman: Arkham games making the jump to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 came up last year, and now, it looks like there is even more evidence to support the idea.

Though the collection has yet to be officially announced, Eurogamer received a picture from an anonymous GameStop employee listing potential features. According to the information provided, the game will go on sale June 10 and include Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, the two Rocksteady-developed Batman games released on previous-generation consoles. The listing does not include the WB Montreal-developed Batman: Arkham Origins or the year-old Batman: Arkham Knight.

It does, however, look to include all of the DLC for Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, which should please fans who never experienced all the content each game had to offer. The collection is said to include versions of both games that have had their visuals "optimized for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One." Eurogamer's source states that preorders for the collection will go live on April 19. Information provided to Eurogamer doesn't include a price.

The absence of Batman: Arkham Origins is perhaps the most peculiar part of the otherwise predictable re-release. Though Origins wasn't developed by Rocksteady and was generally viewed as the weaker entry in the franchise, it still provides plenty of the great gameplay of which fans of the series can't get enough. It also features one of the best boss fights out of all four Batman: Arkham games in the form of its climatic final battle with Deathstroke.

Some fans might also take issue with the fact that Arkham Knight isn't included in the package. Given the amount of content released as part of the game's season pass, a complete edition of Arkham Knight as either a part of the collection or as a standalone package would also make sense. Whether or not we'll see a "Game of the Year" edition of the title, however, remains to be seen.

There's no word yet from Warner Bros., but if the game does go up for preorder tomorrow, it looks like we should hear an official announcement then.
