The Ukrainian people are understandably upset. So upset that one angry group of Ukrainians decided they have had enough of one politician's unpopular policies. Rather than writing their congressmen or speaking out against the politician, this group (or mob, if you will) decided on a more direct approach: they waited for him outside of Ukrainian Parliament, picked him up and then tossed him in a nearby dumpster.

That unlucky politician, spending some quality time with the garbage, is Vitaly Zhuravsky, a member of Ukraine's Economic Development Party. What did he do to deserve being hoisted into the dumpster and held there while people shouted at him? It's currently unknown, but it may have something to do with the fact that Zhuravsky in the past has authorized bills to crack down on protests, while specifically targeting Ukrainian media sites critical of him, according to NBC News.

Zhuravsky is in the dumpster for a solid minute, held down by members of the mob, who no doubt gave him a stern talking to. Cameramen and onlookers crowd around the dumpster to get a view of the action. Towards the end a car tire is thrown onto the politician, and another member of the harassers pours his drink on Zhuravsky.

It seems getting tossed in a dumpster would only make Zhuravsky dislike protesters even more, so this whole exercise might have just been a hilarious waste of time. Still, there is no denying they got their message across, and it sure does make for an entertaining YouTube video.
