We've witnessed several times the death of Bruce Wayne's parents Martha and Thomas Wayne. The most heart-wrenching rendition came in the form of Gotham's premiere episode, and it is everything we expected -- apart from Selena Kyle being there for some weird reason.

The new death scene appears to have slammed into the right emotional spots of Vulture, as an author from the website went ahead and created a video that highlights all of Bruce Wayne's parents' death scene at the same time.

The whole thing is extremely chilling, as it shows how gruesome the city of Gotham can be at nights, and what transformed a happy little boy into a psychopathic vigilante crime fighter who wears a giant bat suit to scare his enemies.

For some odd reason, one of the richest couples in Gotham, a city that is known for its high crime rate, chooses to walk with their child through an abandoned alley during the night. It never quite made sense, but it works nonetheless.

Some folks have called for a change in the way Martha and Thomas Wayne lost their lives. We agree to this, but for the fans who are deeply connected to the Batman universe, we doubt they would take such a drastic change lightly.

But come on guys, how long should we watch the same death scene before it gets too repetitive? A little change here and there could bring forth a second winning formula, one that could even turn out to be even better than the original.

Will we see Martha and Thomas Wayne lose their lives again in the near future?

Chances are it will because despite folks being already quite versed with Batman's origins, Zack Snyder may want to give people a glimpse in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film in 2016.

Not everyone knows or has seen the origin, so it would be a boon for first timers.

Death scenes in the video were taken from Tim Burton's 1989 Batman film, Batman Begins, Batman: Arkham Origins, Batman: Brave and the Bold, Gotham, Super Friends, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Year One, and Gotham Knight.
