We wonder how Galaxy Note 3 has been doing since its launch in Setember at the IFA event. The reason is because Samsung has released Galaxy Note 3 Experience, an app (a marketing app, if you will) that purports to let the user get to know and try out Galaxy Note 3's features, hands-on.

Galaxy Note 3 is expensive and people, who are sitting on the fence, can now get a taste of the features of the device by morphing their Android handset with the help of the latest Galaxy Note 3 Experience app.

Of course, there are various reviews and hands-on videos that can help potential customers make their buying decision. However, with the Galaxy Note 3 Experience app, customers can now get a first-hand feel of the features of the phablet, which Samsung believes, will hel them make an informed decision.

"Find out everything about the Note 3's amazing features through this easy to use interactive application. The app intuitively recommends 3 key features and lets you Interactively Experience them so you too can 'Design your Life.' Watch Hands on Video and see what accessory options are available, when you take home a new GALAXY Note 3," per the product description of the app on Google Play store.

The Galaxy Note 3 is packed with a stylus, the S-Pen, which can be used for various functions. As a stylus is not available with most of the Android handsets, the latest Galaxy Note 3 Experience app gives users the ability to test out some select features of the S-Pen such as Air Command, Pen Window, Action Memo and S Finder.

Samsung also launched the Galaxy Gear smartwatch along with the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear can only be integrated with select Samsung smartphones. The latest app also has some Galaxy Gear features on demo, which includes a number of hands-on videos.

To get a feel of the Galaxy Note 3 Experience, a user will need to have an Android device running on Android 2.2 or above; however, the recommended operating system to run the app is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The Galaxy Note 3 Experience app, which is only 48MB in size, is available as a free download from the Google Play store.

This, however, begs the question - is Galaxy Note 3 doing really well or has its sales slumped, thereby prompting Samsung to launch a marketing app?
