Battleborn isn't a bad game, but it didn't resonate with fans quite like 2K Games and developer Gearbox had hoped. It was just a few weeks after the game's launch that it was discounted $20 in an effort to boost sales, and now, the title is available for a mere $15 on PC as part of the latest Humble Bundle.

Yes, only $15. To put that in perspective, Battleborn is currently almost $40 on Amazon — and that's not all. As part of the Humble 2K Bundle 2, gamers can also score more than six other titles for one ridiculously low price.

If you're not familiar with Humble Bundle, here's how it works: you can pay (almost) any amount that you want to score a fistful of games, and you get to choose how that money is divvied up between Humble Bundle, 2K Games and various charities. In this case, paying at least $1 will score you Spec Ops: The Line (excellent), The Darkness II (pretty good) and Duke Nukem Forever (not that good).

Just $1 for three games? It's a great deal, but it gets even better. Pay more than the average donation, which, as of writing, is $6.47, and you score three more games in the form of Sid Meier's Civilization V (great), NBA 2K16 (great if you like basketball) and Mafia II (good). Humble Bundle will be adding more games to the average donation tier over time as well, and those who donate more than the average will also score a batch of skins to use in Battleborn.

Of course, those skins are only useful if you pony up $15 to unlock Battleborn (and some in-game currency for Battleborn) alongside Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. To summarize, spending $15 total will snag you eight mostly great games, alongside skins and in-game currency for Battleborn, with even more games set to be added to the deal in the days to come. If you've been on the fence about Battleborn, there's not going to be a better deal than this.

Unfortunately, Humble Bundle is PC-only, so Xbox One and PS4 gamers can't take advantage of this deal. The bundle lasts for two weeks, but the average donation price will only go up over time. Getting in early will guarantee you the best deal on all the games listed above, so don't wait. You can read more about Battleborn here.
