Apple could possibly sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo (if it made one), considering the craze surrounding its devices.

Recently, the company filed a patent for a new paper shopping bag with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and this one for some reason seems to have caught the fancy of people and generated plenty of chatter on social media.

Taking a cue from the patent filing, TV host and comedy writer Conan O' Brien shared his take on the impending Apple product for Apple Store on TBS on Sept. 23. The mock video that aired on the talk show is Conan's version of what he believes the "AirBag" will be capable of.

"We believe in a future without wires, and this belief drove the design of our new, totally wireless fully-connected product — the AirBag. Thanks to a combination of the most advanced folded paper technology, and Apple's new W1 chip, Apple has the power to deliver the world's most intelligent bag," says the narration on the video that even shows the AirBag in 3D, which is very reminiscent of Apple's product video style.

The hilarious video goes on to elaborate the functionalities of the AirBag, which features accelerometers and an IR motion sensor that enables the advanced paper bag to detect "moisture, weight and fullness." This is no ordinary bag and is capable of wirelessly transmitting the status of the bag to any connected Apple device.

That is not all, the AirBag supports battery charge of 3 hours on a single charge! You can even charge it through a USB cable plugged the bag.

The video further lauds the AirBag's capabilities and multiple uses — it can be used for groceries, as a cat home, bag hutch and a mask for Halloween. The best and most hilarious use for the AirBag? A "receptacle for disposing" one's obsolete Apple products.

Like most Apple products, the AirBag too has size and capacity variants. The standard version has a 5-pound capacity. Those looking for more should get the AirBag Plus that can carry a weight of up to 10 pounds.

If users want something compact, Conan believes that Apple still has them covered, because the AirBag Mini is also an option. For those who want a handle-free version, there is the AirPodBag.

The connected bag is quite futuristic and we can definitely see many takers. Apple could even sneak in some ideas from Conan for their version.
