Google Pixel XL fans from the United States will be joyful to know that the smartphone has received a price tag in the country. The Verizon variant of the handset is now for sale on Best Buy for $744.

Interestingly enough, the U.S. Google online store shows that the recently released smartphone carries a price tag of $770. The same price point shows on Verizon's website. This means that those who purchase the device from Best Buy save $26.

What is more, the e-vendor is offering a $100 gift card and a free Chromecast, to boot. The Google Chromecast can be plugged into the HDTV's HDMI port. By tapping into the Wi-Fi network, it allows users to stream their favorite apps from their compatible phones, tablets or laptops.

Customers can choose between two color options, silver and black, and both Pixel XLs come with 32 GB of storage.

As a reminder, the Google Pixel XL is the larger variant of the latest in the "Made by Google" family. Although HTC crafted the smartphones, Google says that it was in charge of the project from design to final finishes.

The Pixel XL sports a stylish bland of glass and aluminum, reminiscent of the looks of last year's HTC A9.

The Pixel XL towers over its smaller brother in terms of screen size. The larger Pixel has 5.5-inch AMOLED screen that should be ready for 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolutions. For good measure, the smaller Pixel phone only holsters a 5-inch screen, capable of 1080p resolution.

Behind the sleek chassis of the Pixel XL sits an embedded Android Nougat, which Google covered with a skin named Pixel Launcher. The increased productivity potential of Nougat will render great results on the powerful flagship, and users will be able to tap into split-screen windows and the battery-saving Doze mode.

The Pixel XL was tailored to play nice with the Daydream View VR headset, Google's attempt at virtual reality hardware. To keep the juice running in the device, Google gifted it with a consistent 3,450 mAh power source.

The device will brave some harsh environmental conditions with ease, as dust and water resistance were confirmed for the Pixel XL. However, the certification is only IP53, meaning that Pixel XL can take a spray of water or a touch of rain, but submerging the handset in a glass of water will still damage it. What is more, the Pixel XL is not 100 percent dustproof.

According to eBay, shipments should debut later this month, on Oct. 20.
