Huawei seems to be on the rise and if the latest leak turns out to be accurate, the upcoming Huawei P10 Plus will be a beastly smartphone with impressive specifications.

The handset could debut later this month alongside the Huawei P10, both expected to compete at the high end of the smartphone market.

The Huawei P9 has proven to be a popular smartphone, and it has received praise for its specs and performance. Its successors, the Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus, are expected to take things to the next level.

The purported Huawei P10 and P10 Plus have already leaked online on several occasions and the latest leak now comes from Spain, where a retailer apparently leaked the smartphone's price and specs by accident.

Huawei P10 Plus Price Leaked In Early Retail Listing

More specifically, Spain's Phone House lists the Huawei P10 Plus on its website with a price of 799 euros, which would translate to roughly $849. The smartphone is not available for sale just yet, which makes sense since it's not even official at this point. Nevertheless, the retailer offers the option to register for updates once the handset goes in stock.

The listing also reveals the purported specifications of the Huawei P10 Plus, but keep in mind that it's not an official listing so we cannot vouch for the accuracy of this information.

Huawei P10 Plus Specs Leaked

According to the retail listing, the Huawei P10 Plus will have a 5.5-inch display, a Kirin 960 processor, a whopping 8 GB of RAM, and up to 512 GB of storage. The product page confusingly mentions a full HD display with a QHD resolution. That's likely just an error, as full HD and QHD are two different things. Full HD means a resolution of 1,280 x 1,080 pixels, while QHD carries a higher resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The QHD resolution is the one listed in the detailed specs and the Huawei P10 Plus will most likely be QHD, not full HD.

Other listed specs include a 12-megapixel rear camera with two-tone LED flash, an 8-megapixel front camera, and Android 7.0 Nougat on board out of the box. The Huawei P10 Plus seems to come in three color options - silver, black, and gold.

Previous leaks, meanwhile, indicated that the Huawei P10 Plus would come in two versions with different configurations and price tags. The base model would feature 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and cost $726, while the higher-end variant would pack 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage and cost $828.

Huawei P10 Plus Release Date

It remains to be seen which of the leaks, if any, turn out to be accurate, but it's advisable to take everything with a hefty grain of salt for now. Huawei could unveil the P10 and P10 Plus at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona, or save them for a later event in March or April.

Huawei has already sent out invites to a press event scheduled for Feb. 26, just before the MWC kicks off, so a MWC debut for the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus does seem likely.

As always, we'll keep an eye on any new developments and keep you in the loop as soon as we learn more.
