Winter is coming, snow is already here for some and the pucks are dropping all over as the NHL season is well under way. Canadians are known to be super nice, and on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, you can clearly see they also knew their national anthems!

When a Canadian hockey team takes on an American one, both O Canada and The Star-Spangled Banner  are performed before each game. At the Air Canada Centre up in Toronto, Maple Leaf fans helped out as the microphone cut out in the middle of the U.S. National Anthem.

It's a beautiful thing to see, although probably more so than the game, in which the Leafs lost to the Nashville Predators, 9-2.

A proud father, Maple Leaf fan and Canuck was at this game with his two daughters. They always stand up to sing the anthem with him, and they also happened to capture this unexpected, glorious moment. "Turns out it was a feel good moment for Canadians and Americans, and I'm glad I caught it on video and could share it!" - @bagabus

Canada really came through and it could've turned out WAY WORSE, like this poor woman and her "version" below :

The Toronto Maple Leafs are home again on Saturday night to take on the Detroit Red Wings and we know the fans will be ready to sing along, hit those killer high notes and just be AWESOME, in case of any FAIL!
