The pop star revealed the gift to the world on Instagram: he was on the receiving end of a private jet on Christmas day. A few more pictures later and the star is showing off the interior of his new toy.

According to Bieber on his Instagram account, the new jet is a "beauty." We have to agree: the interior, along with those white leather seats, looks absolutely beautiful, but we are more interested in seeing the outside. We expect this to happen in the coming weeks or months since Justin Bieber is known for showing off.

We did a little digging, and from what we have found out, this new jet could be that of the Gulfstream G6. If such is the case, then Bieber or whoever bought him this jet, would have had to spend around $65.5 million.

Now, we do not know many people who are willing to spend this amount of cash on Bieber, so chances are he gifted himself the jet. It's not like the 20-year-old pop star is not capable of digging that deep into his pocket. According to Forbes, he earned $80 million in 2014 and is the top earner for stars under 30 years old.

It simply means that Bieber is capable of purchasing this jet. However, he could have gotten it for less if he bought it used instead of directly from the source.

As expected, critics came running after the pop star. Some blasted Bieber for getting a jet when there are so many hungry and homeless in the world today. They believe he could have gotten himself something less grand and given the rest of the money to charity.

As it stands, Justice Bieber might always find himself on the wrong end of the stick, even when he doesn't deserve the backlash. This goes to show that good actions will always warrant a good reaction from the public.
