Amazon is doubling down on its bid to attract gamers attention by offering Amazon Prime members free loot for select mobile games.

The popular online marketplace announced that it will be giving out exclusive in-game rewards to Prime members, similar to what it had given to Twitch Prime subscribers two years ago. The items will be handed out on an "ongoing basis" and will be from several participating games.

PUBG Mobile Swag

For starters, Amazon Prime members will be able to receive in-game loot from PUBG Mobile. The offer is for a permanent "Infiltrator" set, which includes the mask, jacket, pants, and shoes. They will also get 30-day Use Token for the Blood Oath-Karabiner 98K Epic Level Gun and the Epic Level Black Magma Parachute.

Members who will log in to the game should see a banner highlighting the Amazon offer. All they need to do is to tap on it to claim their rewards. If they don't see any messages on screen, they can go to the "Events" page and look for the promotion to get their items.

Non-Prime members can sign up for the service to get a free trial. Once they've signed up, they can pick up their exclusive PUBG Mobile items as soon as they log in to the game.

As for other mobile game titles, Amazon said it will include content from other popular game publishers with their upcoming offers. Some of the game companies taking part in the promo are EA, Moonton, Netmarble, and Wargaming Mobile.

"Now, no matter what platform you play on -- whether console, PC, or mobile -- there are Prime game benefits for you," said Ethan Evans, Amazon's vice president for Twitch Prime.

"We're starting with exclusive content for PUBG Mobile, one of the biggest mobile games in the world, and in the coming months, we'll roll out benefits for some of the most popular mobile games across many favorite genres."

However, it's still unclear how frequently the company plans to roll out new loot for mobile games. Twitch Prime members typically received their exclusive items once or twice a month.

Amazon's Twitch Prime Offer

Amazon has already offered a similar rewards system for people who will sign up to Twitch Prime. The service is geared more toward PC and console gamers instead of mobile gamers.

Aside from access to select games and in-game loot, members also receive other perks such as subscriptions to Twitch channels, Prime chat badges, and exclusive emoticons.

The company also recently threw in an option for Twitch Prime members to share select loot even with non-Prime members on Twitch.
