Spawn is said to become this game's next DLC character but is also the first of the Kombat Patch once he makes his way into the game coming next month! March 17 looks like the official day that Spawn will join the game.

Spawn had a movie way back in the day, but it did not really get the mainstream success it had hoped for but instead gathered a cult following of enthusiasts who became really interested in what Spawn's world was all about! Despite this, Spawn has been growing in popularity as being one of the characters to have defeated Satan himself and has gained all the powers of hell to use as his disposal.

The story behind the prince of darkness
The story starts as a United States government soldier, and also one of the best assassins out there called Al Simmons was betrayed and killed by his very own men. Because of the pain, the powers of evil, the craving for vengeance, and most of all, a deal he made with the powers of evil have resulted in the resurrection of Simmons as a hellspawn, one of many in the depths of hell. Spawn was able to craftily make his way into the throne of darkness and now into the world of Mortal Kombat!
The official release of Spawn into the world of Mortal Kombat would be on Mar. 17
Mar. 17 is the official release date for this Mortal Kombat 11 character, but official gameplay is said to be released on Mar. 8 where Spawns' fatality will be witnessed by all! So far, the only thing we know about Spawn's arrival to the Mortal Kombat 11 universe is the date, and we can only hope that the diabolical dark lord will meet our expectations on his brutal fatality. Mar. 8 will reveal the gameplay of this character, but fans are hoping for leaks along the way.
